Pinnacle Equine Hospital is located in Knoxville, TN. Pinnacle Equine Hospital was created with a vision of providing the highest possible primary and referral care for horses in East Tennessee and the surrounding region. Whether your horses are your loyal companions, or you depend on them economically to be elite athletes or sound breeding stock (or both), Pinnacle is here to be part of your equine management team.

We are a full-service equine ambulatory practice with a facility for haul-in work-ups and intensive hospitalized care. We are always available, 24 hours a day, for all your equine medical, surgical, and reproductive needs.
